Located in La Verkin, UT, the Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Food Program (WIC) is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of low-income pregnant women, new mothers, and young children up to five years old. Our mission is to provide essential nutrition education, supplemental foods, and robust breastfeeding support, alongside critical referrals for healthcare services. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, WIC continues to prioritize the needs of our community by offering remote services whenever possible, ensuring that most consultations can be conducted via phone, and that food assistance checks can be mailed.
