Nile Brandt is a doctoral candidate in Counseling Psychology at the University of Utah and a passionate mental health counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant®. With extensive experience delivering individual therapy, both via telehealth and in-person, Nile works with adolescents and adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, transitional and adjustment issues, relationship dynamics, performance-related concerns in sports and other domains, and substance use disorders. Nile is dedicated to empowering clients by identifying their strengths and fostering confidence, ultimately guiding them towards the best quality of life possible.
