Utah WIC (Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Food Program) serves Delta, UT, by providing essential support to low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years of age. Our mission is to foster healthy food habits through comprehensive nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion, and vital health care referrals. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we prioritize the health and safety of our clients by facilitating remote services and making it easier than ever to receive assistance. Many appointments can now be completed over the phone, and checks are mailed to ensure continuous support while minimizing in-person visits. We are dedicated to empowering families with the resources they need to thrive and maintain their well-being in these challenging times.
