Rachel Augustus, a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist with a PhD and certified as LMFT, takes a gentle yet direct approach to therapy. Rachel aims to create a trustworthy environment where authenticity and transparency are paramount, ensuring every individual meets the same compassionate Rachel in the therapy room as they would in any aspect of life. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of individual mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and broader life challenges such as faith transitions and grief.
