Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Weslaco, TX, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a supportive environment, allowing participants to nourish themselves with guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner opportunities, participants can choose a schedule that best fits their needs. Each session is designed to create a safe space for connection and encouragement in the journey toward recovery. While we focus on meal support, we encourage those in crisis to seek immediate assistance through designated emergency services.
