MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Weatherford, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to effectively screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity each year, connecting them to tailored weight management resources that suit their personal needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management or explore advanced options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional assistance. To join our program, Veterans are encouraged to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider, who will guide them on how to embark on their weight loss journey with us.
