Our Family Support team offers crucial resources and assistance from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring families have access to accurate information for their unique journey. We provide parent mentoring, nutritional education, and meal planning tailored to the needs of your loved ones. Our services also include behavior management support and guidance through the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
