MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in The Colony, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion solutions. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually, connect them with appropriate weight management services, and offer a variety of treatment options tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We understand that each Veteran's journey is unique, which is why we provide diverse care options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! service, allowing for in-home support. For those who prefer a more self-directed approach, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app to assist with weight management. Additionally, we have access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have encountered ongoing challenges with overweight or weight-related concerns after participating in our program.
