HIV/AIDS Services at the Harold Simmons Foundation Health Campus in The Colony, TX, is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. As a crucial one-stop resource, we offer vital assistance through our food pantry and weekday hot meals program, ensuring access to nutritious meals for those in need. Our dedicated case management team works closely with clients to navigate a wide array of services available throughout North Texas, including medical case management, health insurance premium and medication co-pay assistance, oral healthcare, and legal services. We also provide health education, counseling, substance abuse treatment, and empowerment through support groups. Our services are offered without discrimination, welcoming individuals of all ages, races, and backgrounds. To access our programs, new clients must complete an intake session at our Client Services office, with eligibility renewed every six months. We are here to support and uplift those affected by HIV/AIDS, providing the care and resources necessary for a healthier future.
