Located in Texas City, TX, the St. Hope Foundation is dedicated to providing exceptional medical care for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our comprehensive program offers expert HIV medical treatment, access to innovative clinical research therapies, as well as vital nutritional counseling and case management services. We pride ourselves in delivering a range of essential health services, including comprehensive lab diagnostics, co-pay assistance, and Texas ADAP enrollment for HIV medications. St. Hope Foundation is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to making affordable care available to both uninsured and underinsured individuals, and we proudly offer free services to those who meet income eligibility criteria through Ryan White funding.
