Travis Long is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep passion for guiding both teens and adults toward reclaiming the joy in their lives. At Vale Counseling, he specializes in addressing stress, anger management, and self-esteem issues, using a combination of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian approaches, and Expressive Arts.
