Located in Sugar Land, TX, AccessHealth is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for individuals living with HIV and those seeking to prevent its transmission. Our integrated healthcare program emphasizes a whole-person approach, combining primary care services, Hepatitis C treatment, and specialized HIV preventative care, including PrEP and PEP. We also offer case management, mental health support, support groups, adherence education, and assistance with the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) enrollment. With a sliding fee scale available for individuals with family incomes below 200% of the federal poverty level, as well as acceptance of Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP, we strive to ensure that everyone, regardless of their insurance status, receives the care they need. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), AccessHealth is committed to making healthcare accessible and affordable for the uninsured and underinsured in our community.
