Stephanie Waitt is a compassionate and driven Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate the challenges of eating disorders, sexual trauma, and anxiety. Her specialty lies in creating a safe and empowering environment for clients of all ages, including preteens, children, teens, and adults. With expertise in various therapeutic modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, she is dedicated to equipping her clients with the tools they need to overcome feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and depression. Stephanie believes in the strength and resilience of her clients, particularly those recovering from trauma and eating disorders, and is inspired by their courage and passion for personal growth. She has played a pivotal role in the development of the Eating Disorder program at Timberline Knolls and continues to work towards her Eating Disorder Specialist certification through the IAEDP. Stephanie seeks to hold her clients accountable while guiding them on their journey toward self-confidence, health, and happiness.
