Better Living for Texans (BLT) is dedicated to empowering adults and children in Sherman, TX, who are participants or eligible for SNAP, by providing essential nutrition education. Our mission is to support individuals and families in making healthier meal choices, enhancing physical fitness, maximizing savings at the grocery store, cultivating their own food, and embracing better food safety practices. Through our comprehensive educational programs, we aim to foster a healthier, more informed community by equipping participants with the skills and knowledge they need to improve their overall well-being.
