San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind & Visually Impaired (SALBVI) is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of visually impaired residents in Bexar County, TX. Our comprehensive program focuses on essential education tailored to the needs of our consumers, covering vital topics such as healthy eating, physical activity, medication management, and preventive diabetes intervention. We provide personalized, one-on-one in-home education sessions lasting 4-5 hours, along with monthly group training to foster a supportive learning environment.
