Located in Richmond, TX, the St. Hope Foundation is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical care tailored for individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Our mission encompasses not only expert treatment but also access to clinical research for new therapies, essential nutritional counseling, and case management services. We prioritize overall wellness with comprehensive lab diagnostics, co-pay assistance, and enrollment in Texas ADAP for HIV medications. Our commitment extends to dental and vision care, ensuring every aspect of our patients' health is addressed. Additionally, we offer psychiatry and mental health counseling as part of our holistic support. With a focus on inclusivity, we operate as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), delivering affordable care for uninsured and underinsured patients on a sliding scale, and we are proud to provide services free of charge to eligible individuals through Ryan White funding.
