Lindsey Bass understands the many challenges that individuals face at different life stages – from childhood to adulthood, navigating the roles of student, parent, partner, or friend can be overwhelming. She recognizes that balancing these roles, especially in a rapidly changing world, can be difficult for people of all ages. Lindsey is dedicated to supporting individuals and their families through their unique circumstances by fostering a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic environment. This is a space where clients can be their most authentic selves, exploring what is and isn't working in their lives. Together, Lindsey and her clients will uncover effective solutions tailored to meet the needs of the individual, child, or family unit. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Elizabeth Coles, Lindsey holds a BS in Psychology from Duke University and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas. She is also trained in play therapy, expressive arts, and dancing mindfulness. Lindsey believes in the importance of creating a special and caring therapeutic relationship with each client, ensuring they feel comfortable in their journey toward healing. Whether through traditional talk therapy, play therapy, or expressive arts, Lindsey is committed to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive.
