Designed especially for those who have completed their treatment within the last 24 months, this evidence-based program goes beyond that timeframe to assist survivors in their ongoing recovery. We focus on holistic wellness through nutritional support, customized exercise programs, emotional health education, and medical management assistance, ensuring that each participant receives the guidance and care they need to thrive.
