MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to empowering Veterans in Plano, TX, to achieve healthier lifestyles through personalized weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to address obesity by ensuring that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually and connected with tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of support options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, in-home support through TeleMOVE!, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those preferring self-guided strategies. For Veterans who face persistent challenges with weight loss, our program also provides access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
