MSVW Prenatal Support Circles

At Mama Sana Vibrant Woman's Prenatal Support Circles in Pflugerville, TX, we are dedicated to empowering low-income Black and Latina mothers through our FREE prenatal programs. Our supportive community offers a series of 8-week culturally tailored support groups designed to accompany women throughout their pregnancy journey. Participants benefit from essential services such as free exercise classes, nutrition education, access to compassionate doulas and birth companions, as well as a network of midwifery care, all at no cost. Our sessions also include free childcare, nutritious meals, and transportation assistance, ensuring every mother has what she needs for a healthy pregnancy. Guided by the interests of our participants, our program covers topics that matter to them, creating a welcoming and responsive environment. Virtual groups meet via private Zoom sessions, complemented by in-person options.
