MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! is an innovative weight management and health promotion program located in Pearland, TX, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans. Our mission is to empower each Veteran by ensuring they receive annual screenings for obesity and comprehensive referrals to tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of effective treatment options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer self-directed assistance, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!.
