MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Orange, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans struggling with obesity. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support through annual screenings at VA facilities, personalized weight management services, and a variety of treatment options tailored to Veterans' unique needs and preferences. We offer group sessions for community engagement, telephone lifestyle coaching for personal guidance, and TeleMOVE!, which allows in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who wish to take their journey into their own hands, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we help Veterans explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if they continue to face challenges despite engaging with MOVE!
