Family Support

Family Support, located in New Braunfels, TX, is dedicated to providing essential assistance to individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome and their families. Our compassionate Family Support team offers accurate information and tailored resources right at the critical moment of diagnosis. We provide guidance through parent mentoring, nutritional education, and meal planning, alongside behavior management strategies. Additionally, we assist families with navigating the often complex application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
