MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Missouri City, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our primary mission is to annually screen every Veteran accessing VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they receive compassionate support and guidance tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of weight management options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
