Home Delivered Meals, based in McAllen, TX, is dedicated to providing vital nutrition through our Home Delivered Meal and Medically Tailored Meal programs. Offering meals designed by a Registered Dietitian, we cater to the unique dietary needs of clients with various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are carefully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they meet the nutritional requirements for general health and well-being. We serve individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act, as well as those seeking self-pay options. For eligible clients, including Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, meal delivery options vary by state and program, and Case Managers can assist with benefits information. For those covered by Medicare Advantage, some plans offer meals as part of their post-discharge support, while our self-pay program provides individuals and caregivers flexible meal choices at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. Additionally, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support health needs.
