Based in Mansfield, TX, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act. Our carefully crafted meals, planned by a Registered Dietitian, are designed to support general health and cater to 36 specific medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize the well-being of our clients by offering meals that are free from common allergens like dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those wanting to access our services, eligibility varies by program and state; clients can check with their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for more information. We also support self-pay individuals looking for convenient meal options, allowing you to select your meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 each. In addition to meal delivery, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services.
