HIV Specialty Care

At St. Hope Foundation in Magnolia, TX, we are dedicated to providing exceptional medical care tailored to individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Our comprehensive program encompasses a wide range of services, including expert HIV medical treatment, access to clinical research for new therapies, nutritional counseling, and case management. We also offer essential support through comprehensive labs, diagnostics, co-pay assistance, and Texas ADAP enrollment for HIV medications. Our commitment to holistic health means we provide complete dental and vision care, as well as psychiatry and mental health counseling. We understand the importance of addressing basic needs, and we facilitate key referrals to housing and support services. New patients can easily register online to select the necessary services and upload their documents for eligibility determination. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we strive to make healthcare affordable and accessible through a sliding fee scale, and our program is free for individuals who qualify under the Ryan White funding guidelines.
