Meal Support Program

In Lufkin, TX, the Meal Support Program, part of Project HEAL, offers essential support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program features free, accessible virtual group meals designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for participants to enjoy nutrition while receiving compassionate guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. With meal support sessions available four times daily—twice at lunch and twice at dinner—participants can attend as their schedules allow, fostering both community and accountability in their recovery journey.
