Located in Lubbock, TX, Cancer Transitions is dedicated to empowering cancer survivors who have completed their treatment. Our evidence-based program is designed for individuals who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, though we welcome those at any stage of their survivorship journey. Through comprehensive support, including nutritional guidance, personalized exercise programs, emotional health education, and medical management assistance, we strive to enhance the quality of life for every participant. Our mission is to provide a compassionate environment where survivors can gain the tools they need to thrive and navigate life after cancer.
