Participation requires an appointment where a nutrition expert will assess eligibility, measure, and weigh each family member, so please come prepared with necessary documents and an extra diaper for infants. If you are enrolled in Medicaid, TANF, or SNAP, you likely qualify for WIC, and others may still meet the income guidelines.
