Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals in Kyle, TX, through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We serve those eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking self-pay options. Our meals, developed by a Registered Dietitian, cater to specific nutritional needs for various medical conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, and are crafted without dairy, peanuts, gluten, or pork to ensure safety and health. We guide clients through eligibility requirements based on state and program standards, assisting those connected with Case Managers or local Area Agencies on Aging to access meal delivery. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, we help identify coverage for meal services in select plans. Additionally, our self-pay option offers convenience for anyone wishing to enjoy our meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 each, with a flat rate shipping fee. Beyond meal delivery, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health journeys.
