MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Kingwood, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management services that suit their unique needs. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for remote support. For those who prefer self-management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides essential tools for effective weight control. Additionally, we facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite engaging with MOVE!.
