Kelsey Barrett

Kelsey Barrett, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree, provides a compassionate and supportive environment for clients of all ages, including teens and adults. She understands the challenges individuals face in a world that may feel unaccommodating, especially for those who experience anxiety or trauma. Kelsey is attuned to the struggles of those who feel out of place or overwhelmed, including waking up in the middle of the night filled with anxiety or feeling frozen while life continues on around them. She specializes in addressing women's issues, childhood trauma, and PTSD, offering therapeutic strategies that include EMDR, expressive arts therapy, sand tray work, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Kelsey works with children aged 8 and older, teens, college students, parents, and families who are navigating mental health issues such as OCD, panic attacks, grief, and addiction within their family systems. She believes that every individual is the expert in their own lives and is dedicated to helping them embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
