Deyanira Cavazos, LPC Associate, MS, LPC-A, believes that each individual's unique story and experiences are significant. With a commitment to providing culturally sensitive counseling services, Deyanira is passionate about creating a safe space where clients can feel seen and heard while exploring their mental health needs. As a counselor, she empowers individuals to set goals, process their experiences and emotions, and develop healthy coping skills. Deyanira specializes in working with children aged 9-12, adolescents aged 13-17, young adults, adults, families, and women. Her approach is collaborative, tailored to meet clients wherever they are on their mental health journey. Utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach, she integrates both evidence-based and creative techniques to foster personal growth. Deyanira also excels in working with Mexican-American and Latinx communities, addressing areas such as career counseling, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, identity, boundaries, family dynamics, and stress management. Offering sessions in both English and Spanish, she is dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of her clients and is eager to accompany them on their path to wellness.
