Full Cart, located in Harlingen, TX, is a compassionate initiative by U.S. Hunger, focused on delivering food assistance through a Virtual Food Bank model. Our mission is to ensure that families in need receive essential food with dignity and respect. As the demand for emergency food continues to rise, especially in the wake of the pandemic, we strive to meet the basic nutritional needs of our community with care and urgency. While we are committed to serving our neighbors, please note that due to increased demand, wait times may extend up to several months. We invite those in need to reach out and explore the support we offer, as we work tirelessly to make a difference for families in our area.
