Christina Smith

Christina Smith is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-S) who currently has a waiting list for new clients. She offers online Telemental Health and Telehealth Counseling services for adults, designed to support individuals as they navigate life's challenges. Graduating in 1985 with a B.S. in Chemistry, Christina spent 33 years working for a local pharmaceutical company before transitioning to counseling in 2018. In 2006, she earned her Master of Arts in Family and Marriage Counseling and has since achieved LPC certification from the State of Texas. Christina is committed to lifelong learning, having pursued education in Suicide Assessment, Play Therapy for Children, Adolescents, and Adults, and supervision for LPC-Interns in Texas. Her diverse skill set empowers her clients to tackle their current challenges and equips them for future resilience. As a member of the American Counseling Association, the Association for Play Therapy, and the Association of Christian Counselors, Christina is deeply involved in her professional community. She has been happily married to her husband, Wesley, since May 1981, and has also obtained a Basic Communication Certification in American Sign Language from Tarrant County College.
