Christian Henry extends a warm virtual welcome to all. He invites individuals to experience a transparent and empathetic safe space that centers around their unique needs. In this therapeutic environment, there are no right or wrong answers, only the expectation to simply BE. Mental health can often feel intimidating to discuss, yet Christian views mental health maintenance similarly to a car tune-up – even the most reliable vehicles require adjustments after extended use. Just like a car that can run over time but eventually needs care, our minds too can become overworked and in need of support. The good news is that individuals have the opportunity to receive a mental health tune-up and ensure their minds are functioning smoothly. With extensive experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, adults, adolescents, and those facing challenges such as codependency, anger, grief, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, marital conflict, and identity crises, Christian is well-equipped to guide clients on their journey to mental wellness. He has successfully conducted both individual and group therapy, each offering distinct benefits. Soon, he will also be equipped to provide play therapy. Christian's ultimate goal is to assist others in becoming their best and ideal selves, believing wholeheartedly that everyone is too valuable to let traumas, relationships, and decisions define them. Clients are reminded to breathe and recognize their inherent worth and purpose. This is an opportunity to regain control over their lives, and with Christian's support, they will know that they are not alone. He believes in them wholeheartedly.
