Located in Garland, TX, Cancer Transitions is a compassionate, evidence-based program dedicated to supporting cancer survivors who have completed their treatment. While primarily designed for those within 24 months of finishing treatment, our resources are valuable for survivors at any stage of their journey. We offer a holistic approach that includes nutritional support, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and guidance on medical management, all aimed at empowering individuals as they navigate life after cancer. Our mission is to foster wellness and resilience in the survivorship community.
