Located in Galveston, TX, the St. Hope Foundation is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical care and support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our mission centers on accessibility and quality, offering expert HIV treatment, clinical research opportunities for new therapies, and essential services such as nutritional counseling, case management, and complete dental care. We understand the complexities of living with HIV, which is why we provide services like routine vision exams, mental health counseling, and linkages to housing assistance and basic needs. Our online registration allows new patients to easily enroll and select necessary services, ensuring a seamless experience to access care. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we strive to keep our services affordable, prioritizing those who are uninsured or underinsured, with sliding scale fees and Ryan White funding available for eligible individuals, making our program cost-free for those who qualify.
