Tammy S. Fountain, M.A., LPC-S is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over two decades of experience serving individuals of all ages in the Galveston-Houston area. She has effectively catered to the emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges of children, adolescents, and adults at a variety of facilities, including Shriners Burns Hospital, UTMB Children's Hospital, The Menninger Clinic's Professionals in Crisis Program, and Teen and Family Services, as well as through her private practice. Tammy is proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, approaches she effectively applied during her tenure at The Menninger Clinic, continuing to utilize evidence-based treatments in her practice. As a Certified Group Psychotherapist through the American Group Psychotherapy Society and an Addictions Counselor, she also supervises graduates pursuing LPC licensure.
