Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Friendswood, TX, is dedicated to providing free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are at the outpatient stage of their recovery journey. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals, creating a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals while receiving compassionate support. With meal support sessions available four times daily—featuring two lunch and two dinner options—approved individuals can attend as frequently as their schedule allows. Each session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification.
