Women Veteran Assistance Program: Pathways to Hope

At Pathways to Hope in Friendswood, TX, we are dedicated to supporting women veterans facing challenges as they transition back to civilian life. Our program offers vital assistance, including financial support for rent, mortgage, food, and employment guidance. We focus on providing one-time annual assistance tailored to individual needs, which may include partial funding if other resources are utilized. Our comprehensive services encompass up to six months of rental assistance along with case management, which connects clients to job opportunities, veteran benefits, training, and secure housing. Our food pantry is available every thirty days, offering one bag of groceries to smaller families and two bags for larger households, ensuring our veterans and their loved ones have access to nutritious food. We also facilitate referrals to community resources that can further support their journey toward stability and empowerment.
