P.e.e.r. Pals is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD and has been dedicated to the field of counseling since 2010. In private practice since 2015, P.e.e.r. enjoys collaborating with clients of all ages, including preteens, children, teens, adults, and elders, to help them achieve a healthy balance in their lives. With a practical, down-to-earth, and nurturing approach, P.e.e.r. provides services across various settings, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy. Specializing in areas such as women's issues, relationship issues, and self-esteem, P.e.e.r. employs a range of therapy types, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and the Gottman Method. Additionally, P.e.e.r. offers anger management and grief counseling, emphasizing mindfulness techniques that empower clients. With significant experience reuniting families through the Department of Family Protective Services and a strong foundation in spiritual counseling and substance abuse education from volunteering with The Women’s Home in Houston, P.e.e.r. is passionate about fostering inner healing and self-worth.
