At the Harold Simmons Foundation Health Campus in Flower Mound, TX, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our one-stop facility offers essential services including a food pantry that supplies nutritious meals, a hot meals program available on weekdays, and personalized case management to assist clients in navigating the complex care system in North Texas. We are committed to delivering a range of support such as medical case management, healthcare access, health counseling, legal services, and substance abuse treatment, all tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services are inclusive and accessible, available to everyone regardless of age, race, gender identity, or ability to pay. To access our HIV services, potential clients are welcomed to complete an intake session at our Client Services office.
