MOVE! Weight Management Program in El Paso, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission emphasizes the importance of addressing obesity by annually screening every Veteran who seeks care at VA facilities, providing personalized referrals to weight management services, and offering diverse treatment options tailored to the unique needs of our Veterans. Participants can choose from group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, or our innovative TeleMOVE! service that allows for in-home support. For those who are more self-directed, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are also offered to assist Veterans who continue to face challenges despite prior efforts.
