We specialize in providing Medically Tailored Meals for individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our carefully crafted meals, designed by a Registered Dietitian, address the nutritional needs of clients facing various health concerns, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from common allergens such as dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those without health plan coverage, our affordable self-pay option allows clients to select meals and receive them directly at home for just $7.75 per meal. We believe in making nutrition accessible to everyone, and our services also include Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients' health and well-being.
