Clara Monroe is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She understands that many individuals go through challenging times filled with frustration, and she is dedicated to helping them navigate these struggles. Her approach is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves support and guidance in their journey toward personal growth and success. During her career, Clara has transitioned from a successful career as an Elementary School teacher to becoming a School Counselor, eventually establishing a thriving private practice. She utilizes a variety of therapy modalities, including Compassion Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused approaches, to meet the unique needs of her clients. Clara believes that, although it is common for individuals to feel lost or hopeless at times, the first step towards healing is often simply reaching out for help. She creates a safe and non-biased environment where clients can learn to understand and solve their challenges. With a genuine commitment to facilitating progress in the lives of those she works with, Clara aims to empower clients to overcome feelings of confusion and cultivate a path toward growth and fulfillment.
