HIPPY Home Visitation Program at ESC2 (HOPES II: Healthy Outcomes Through Prevention and Early Support and THV: Texas Home Visiting)

The HIPPY Home Visitation Program at ESC2 in Corpus Christi, TX, is dedicated to empowering parents as their children's first teachers and ensuring all children are ready for school. Our evidence-based program offers a nurturing approach through 30 weekly activity packets that cover essential areas such as language, math, science, literacy, and motor skills while also attending to social and emotional development. We provide free resources, including curriculum materials, books, and school supplies, and engage families through home visits to deliver personalized support. Our commitment to family involvement extends to hosting group events like fun family nights and Parent Cafes, fostering community relationships around shared parenting experiences. In addition to case management and health education, families receive support in meeting basic needs, developmental screenings, parenting education, and the chance to connect in support group meetings.
