Project WAITT in Conroe, TX, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with HIV/AIDS by providing essential support services aimed at fostering self-sufficiency and enhancing their quality of life. Our comprehensive offerings include rental and mortgage assistance, utility support for electric, gas, telephone, and water needs, as well as an 18-bed transitional housing facility to provide secure on-site living. We also offer nutrition counseling and health education/wellness counseling to ensure holistic care. Clients can access our services through referrals from HIV service providers, case managers, or by individual outreach, reflecting our commitment to meeting the urgent needs of the community with warmth and respect for each individual's journey towards sustainable living.
