Cassie Barrera is a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to supporting individuals through the challenges they face in life. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cassie creates a unique and collaborative counseling experience tailored to each client's needs. She has a special passion for guiding teens and family systems during critical developmental phases, particularly enjoying the challenge of working with those resistant to change or engaging in high-risk behaviors. In addition, Cassie works effectively with consensual non-monogamous couples and groups, practicing attorneys, and teen parents. With a Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling and a specialization in childhood and adolescent disorders, she aims to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for her clients.
